1. Data Use and Purpose
Review Garden provides services to preschools to help them collect reviews and feedback from families. Parent and guardian contact information is provided to us by preschools and is used exclusively for the limited purpose of sending review requests on behalf of that preschool.
We do not independently collect parent information, nor do we use it for any other purpose without explicit written authorization from the preschool.
2. No Sale or Secondary Use
Review Garden does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising. Parent contact information is never used for unrelated communications or commercial purposes.
3. Preschool Responsibility for Consent
Each preschool client is responsible for ensuring that it has obtained all necessary rights, consents, or authorizations from parents or guardians before providing contact information to Review Garden. Review Garden processes this information solely under the direction of the preschool.
4. Control and Opt-Out
Preschools may access, update, or delete parent contact information provided to Review Garden at any time.
Parents and guardians may opt out of receiving review requests by contacting their preschool directly and/or opting in to the opt out prompts that are included in all forms of messaging. Opting out will not affect a family’s enrollment or relationship with the preschool.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect personal information, including:
Encryption of data in transit and at rest
Access controls and authentication protections
Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill review request services. Upon request from the preschool, or at the termination of services, all personal data is securely deleted unless required by law to be retained longer.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to our preschool clients and posted prominently on our website. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
8. Legal Compliance
Review Garden complies with applicable data protection laws, including obligations relating to access, correction, deletion, and limitation of processing of personal data.
